Looking for Help

Hi All, We are looking to buy our first RV, We are looking at the Flagstaff 5th wheel's and the Wildcat 5th wheels. I'm kind of leaning towards the Wildcat 293REX or the 327CK, Just looking for pro's or con's between Flagstaff and Wildcat.

Thanks Bob & Pam
Western PA.

Rockwood/ Flagstaff are sister brands. I found the trim detail in F/R better that Wildcat also lighter weight, a killer floor plan 8289 sold us.

Pick the floor plan that suits you best, as build quality will be pretty much equal...we opted for the Rockwood(Carbon copy of the Flagstaff...like GM/Chevy), due to floor plan. Sit in them and imagine yourself spending a few days in them. Pay extra attention to how your couch/sitting area is set up with regards to your entertainment centre. We didnt like the way many of the Wildcats had the couch set up with tv watching...some were plain goofy. But to each his own...you may like them more and I am sure some will pipe up in here that say opposite to me. Thats why the manufacturers have so many different floor plans....In the end..only you can determine which is best.

P.S. Word of caution...very few of us got it right with the first RV purchase! In a couple years after using it you will probably be shopping again...just saying!
