we looked for something light. We didn't want a slide. Big enough for us and maybe the grandkids occationaly. It's just the 2 of us now & 2 small dogs. We wanted the couch facing the tv and we skimmed past those that faced sideways. It's perfect for us, easy to tow and we can park it easy in our driveway or if needed, on the side yard. Something you do need to think about where are you going to park it at home.

Very nice! A lot like the Fun Finder X-214WSD we looked at last year. I love the TV console.

We also went back and forth between the surveyor 240, Premier 22 and the Tracer 230. We purchased the Tracer 230 and even though we haven't been able to use it yet we think we made the right decision.
