Looking to possibly purchace a 365saq in next 6 months

Hello all, new to the site. We are looking at the forest river 365saq and the heartland sv37qb. They are unbelievably similar. We have 5 grand kids and they all live where we do, we are so blessed. So our 26 foot prowler travel trailer just does not work any more, it is 14 years old and ive repaired most everything on it and thats getting old. Please help me all you can to convince me why the forest river is a better buy, its seems it is priced alot lower and we heard forest river had some quality issues a while back. everyone on the site appears pretty satisfied with the 365saq and its quality. with that said our friends just got a heartland and have had quite a few problems with it. Im also going to option the 365saq out so not sure where the price will come out. gen prep, 2nd ac, washer dryer prep, 7000 lb axles, etc. I really apreachiate ANY and all help from you. thanks. and BTW what a great site!!

The first thing I would compare is the frames. On such a large unit, you want the heaviest frame made, as flexing is one of the worst enemies of a camper.
Unfortunately, they may be both made by Lippert.

Not to confuse, but take a good look at the Sabre 36BHOK also, our maybe even a Columbus 385BH. Sorry if that's not advice you wanted. I personally, thought Sabre feels and looks a step above the others, but I may be biased . I will say this is our 2nd forest river product, and we have been very pleased with both quality, and warranty service when needed.

Don't forget about the wildcat 344qb bunk house. We love ours. It has 6 sleeping areas in the back, not just the floor actual sleeping mattresses , that is without the outside kitchen
