Mattress switched? FR Viking 16 rbd
We just bought a Viking 16 rbd brand new and took our 1st camping trip. The noticed the front bunk mattress was not in plastic (the rear one was) but didn't think about it. Holy crap, we slept on the front bunk and the grandkids slept in the back because they liked the half wall. What a horrible nights sleep . We measured the mattresses and the back bunk was almost 4" thick BUT ours ( the one that was not sealed in plastic) was only 2 1/2" thick!!! It was like sleeping on a rock with that metal base...grrrr. They must have taken a mattress from a pop up or something and swapped them. We are in contact with the dealer about this.
