MH ladder replace.

Packing for my last outing I backed the MH into my garage overhang and destroyed the ladder. I believe the ladder is made special for this MH which is a 2017 Coachmen Freelander 27QB. I cannot find any marking from a manufacture on the ladder. It needs to be replaced and I have the dealer working on price but was wondering it anyone has replaced one themselves. I want to match the original as it is new. I am a little afraid of the price the dealer is going give and would like to have a second option.

Carry a telescoping or portable ladder. Dealer can patch mounting holes. The fixed ladders can be dangerous, if not maintained scrupulously.

I can't help with the price for a new ladder or numbers, but was wondering are you having this done on your insurance?

after I get the quote from the dealer I will decide if I need to or want to file a claim. My guess is that it will be well under our deductable. I might just remove the bent portion of the ladder frame, eliminate one rung. Or do as VinceU suggest and remove the ladder, fill the mounting holes and buy a telescoping ladder.
I have been towing a TT for over 30 years before we bought the MH and none of the TT's had a ladder.
