Mission Accomplished

You have no idea how long Iíve been waiting to sayÖI OWN A BERKSHIRE!!! For the past 7 years I have been obsessing over RVís. Late nights on RVTrader.com, Craigslist and other online shopping areas led me to fall in love with the Forest River Berkshire 400BH.

We have 3 young kids so we loved the bunk beds and also the L-shaped sofa. I dealt with several dealers all over the country that had the 400BH. Of all the dealers the most helpful (by a landslide) and the most competitively priced was RV Station in Katy, Tx. I gave them a deposit over the phone to hold the coach, and I flew into Houston, Tx at 8am yesterday where I was picked up by my sales person, Armando Esparaza and the owner, Joe Diaz (that was a really nice personal touch in my opinion). We drove 20 minutes to the dealership for me to check out the coach in person. When I arrived they had a technician ready for me. I was given a detailed 2 hour overview of the coach, inside and out, and had all of my questions answered. No pressureÖjust very good information. I test drove the coach for nearly an hour and everything checked out. After 4 hours I wrote the check and was on my way back to the airport. In and outÖ

My wife and kids I are all flying out on Friday morning where we will pick up ďWilmaĒ from RV Station (Thatís our coaches name) and head to Dallas to tailgate for Alabama vs USC game. I have no experience with an RV (other than a small rental a couple of years ago) so Iím sure I will be looking for lots of help here lol.

As a side note Iím really appreciative of all of the posts on this forum. They helped to set my expectations, answer my questions and gave me to the tools I needed to make the best decision possible. Thanks to all those who contribute!
