Mixer valve - 2306

I have a 2011 Rockwood 2306 travel trailer. The water is just never hot. Someone mentioned that I could check the mixer valve, as it was dewinterized by somebody else. Where are they, and what do I look for?

Thanks!

If you are talking about the water heater by-pass, here is a picture showing 3 valve arrangement. By-pass is middle valve showing closed. Look behind water heater.
