**Oh and as for closing in the ends...that's another source of contention...he (my gp) didn't realize the camper had those and wouldn't have agreed to it had he known.

I forgot, I have some pictures. They don't show a lot. These are some I took to put with the online "for sale" posts:

I have some others of things like the fridge, stove, etc. but those actually look pretty good. I also took some "better" pictures with the table up, cushions organized, for the for sale posts...but this is what I want seen here...lol.

The floor under the rug is a 1/4" piece of plywood that is removable...lol. **the forum resized, view full size for the full effect...

that's why hybrids are not for everyone. most hybrid owners are former popup owners who want more amenities and less setup hassle.
they require a little more care and maintenance than regular TTs.
sounds like your grandpa did neither, which is a death sentence for any RV but especially hybrids.

from the pics, that's a real old Roo. NO way is it a 2008 or 2010.
looks like 1999 or 2000. not newer than 2003.

Time to turn it in to a flatbed and sell the appliances if they're any good.

just like i thought, looks like you have a 2000 Roo 21.

here's a video of one for sale, that appears to be the same model:

Wow, $1000? I'd say your brother got taken. Without a whole lot of work and money, it won't be of much use.

**Confirmed on title, 2000 model.
Yep, I was way off on my recollection.

***Do seems to have a bit of light at the end of the tunnel today...

GP charged the battery and the lights and stereo/cd works. Seems to have a pretty nice stereo/sound, although one of the speakers is nearly blown.

Obviously couldn't get enough juice for the larger appliances, so he hooked it to the house...

Fridge works (comes on)...no gas in the tanks to cool and cannot check the stove for the same reason.

The microwave doesn't seem to work either. There is a power button, but it does nothing...

The a/c runs, but doesn't seem to blow any air...I'm making the assumption that maybe that is due to it being covered with a tarp (thoughts on that theory?)

...also, could anyone comment on why there would be a thermostat on the wall when all the switches (heat and cold) are on the ac unit in the ceiling? I'm confused by that...

Does anyone know where I could get a manual on all the switches, etc. specific to this camper? I've checked online and found nothing so far...
