Many years ago I wanted a tear drop and thought about joining "women on the fly" as they all have the cutest tear drops. Now that I just bought my 5er guess they would not take me. lol

Love your pictures...you Littlle Guy is sooo cute!! I was just in Fresno 3 wk ago. Next time work brings me there I will let you know. Would love to get together with you and Linda for a cup of coffee!! My westcoast reps are trying to keep me busy (even though I am semi-retired) and are keeping me around Fresno and the area. lol

timeout. Just looked at your pictures and I can tell you that this is real camping. All the big trailers with all the house goodies is not really camping like a washer and dryer and fireplace in the trailer. For many years I have camped with my family in a 9 by 9 Woods umbrella tent ( the one that smell wax ) in the bush where there was no facility at all. This was real camping. For a small exemple for our shower I had a big plastic jug that I was leaving in the sun all day and this plastic jug was installed on a tree with a hose and a shower head for our shower.I envy your camping style. I am sure you would not change it for any other kinds. Where have you bought this nice Goodyear air inflator?

Welcome stay with us. You will be happy if you do! Most RV's share the same components so it make little or no difference wether yours is a forest river or not.
The people on this site are very helpful and non-judgmental.

I hope I did this "Quote" thing correctly! But, here is the link to where we purchased our Goodyear Air Compressor. http://www.amazon.com/Goodyear-i7000.../dp/B001D5HP40 The air compressor runs on DC and has been very reliable so far. I can put some pictures of the tank and fittings in my album if you wish. One friend on another forum used an old 4 gallon pressure cooker to heat and pressurize the water in his system. It's just fun to be inventive, as you know!

The 'Square D' box on top was obtained from a friend that owns a water well drilling company. It is a used pressure regulator that is in very good condition. It was simple to wire up and took me about 6 tankfuls of water to adjust the parameters properly.

Thank you for appreciating the work that we have put into the little things that give us pleasure. We are more than willing to share any of our simple ideas with others.

I just want to make it clear that Linda and I love the big rigs and all the comfort they provide, but we couldn't justify or afford the price of admission or the cost of fuel. We are thrilled that others can, but we are very happy with our choice with our 'Little Guy' 6 Wide. Thank you so much for the Welcome Mr.B. I have been reading a lot of topics and gleaning a number of ideas and hope to contribute a couple myself. Our rigs are quite a bit different in size and accommodations, but the spirit of camping and fellowship should be the same no matter what we drive or pull.
