New Forest River owners - low voltage error

We just bought a new 40D12 and absolutely love it. We have had it almost a month and have camped in it most of that time. I am also new to this kind of forum, so your patience is appreciated. The last couple of times we have hooked up or unhooked our camper when trying to raise or lower the jacks we have gotten a strange clicking noise and then a 'low voltage error' on the monitor to raise the jacks. Two of the times we were plugged into the 50amp power at the campsite so I am a little unsure of why it would have been low voltage. If there have already been questions about this and I didn't find them in my search, please provide the direction. I really don't want to be stuck somewhere if this is going to continue or worsen.
Happy Camping!

Welcome from an hour west of you. On our Sabre with electric auto leveling jacks, I struggled with a similar issue until adding a second battery. The converter couldn't seem to keep up with the demand the jacks needed and voltage would drop.
