New Forester 2401R in MN

Hello all, we just picked up our MH today! Although it's definitely fall here, we are hoping to take it for a shakedown run next weekend. Keeping a close eye on the weather with unexpected lows to 35 tonight. 😧 Fortunately there is no water in the unit, but it is not winterized so we may be running the furnace a bit tonight! Seems like a 2:00 wake up call is in order! Gotta go drain the gray water (which is just clean drainage) and empty the hot water heater.

Drove by your area today on our way to Monticello RV to sign all off the paperwork on our new one. Almost as much paperwork as buying a house!

Thanks both. Rain proved no leaks! 😀 also put ours in storage today which was odd since high was 70. Could be snow any day this time of year. Might still take it out while winterized if weather stays nice!
