Well that did not work out!! Stayed at the dealers campground for 2 nights.
Woke up the second day and the electric heated mattress was soaked in two places on the edges. It didn't even rain!! The a/c runoff leaked through the canvas. I was not happywith that and left the camper at the campground and got my money back.
It has been a week and the camper is still sitting at there campsite and it has stormed a few days..

Now going to purchase a rockwood hard side 122s. Hopefully it won't t leak!

Sounds like a bit of a bummer ~ I think you will be happier with a hard side camper here in Florida. Several reasons ~ our humidity is so high, and so much rain (not to mention AC runoff) that it can be a challenge to keep canvas mold / mildew free. Secondly, it can be a bit of a challenge to find nice quiet places to camp (our biggest issue with our hybrid) and lastly, I just found it easier to keep things "ready to travel" without working around the canvas pop outs.

Where did you buy from? You know General is coming in off 92 just east of RV One (previously ada Bates) and Camping World. DH is looking forward to their opening since they will carry Prime Time.

Anyway, hope your experience gets better and better ~~~

What perks are they currently 'giving' you? Don't they have a thousand trails/encore promo right now?
