New from Michigan

Hi, thanks to all for the useful information that I have already gotten from the forum. Iíve been referring to the forum for 2 years and just now got around to joining. Just traded in a 2016 Rockwood Roo 21DK for a Surveyor 287 BHSS. Pick it up next Saturday.

The Surveyor did not come with the optional factory flip down bike rack so, I want to order it (preferably online) and install it myself. I have had no luck finding it on the Lippert online store. Any suggestions on where I could order this?

Welcome from Kalamazoo. Beware of adding things to your bumper. May void frame warranty and there are lots of threads about people loosing their bumper load going down the road. If its not there from the factory I would wait until the warranty is over and/or beef up add support to your bumper.

I appreciate the advice. What I am looking for clamps to the frame and is available as a factory option therefore, approved by factory and wonít void warranty. Frame is extended for this purpose. That is why I am looking for this specific item. I have read the horror stories about bumpers being ripped off!

I like etrailer too. Where do you like to camp in Michigan?
