Welcome fr19, I just joined too. My Daughter lives in Las Cruces. I just (past Sept) made a big bike trip out to see her and back to PA. I love NM, I'd move there in a heart beat, except maybe the north east corner (too flat). I'm thinking of the 19RR's little brother the Wolf Pup 17RR. Good luck with your new toy

Welcome from another new New Mexican. New to TT camping and this forum, anyway.

Here's what little I can say about NM state campgrounds: I've been to Brantley Lake on the way to Carlsbad Caverns and found it a nice way point - but I'm not certain I'd call it a destination by itself. I have heard wonderful things about City of Rocks. I also had a good time tent camping on the way to Fenton Lake - but I'd never be able to get a trailer to that camping spot!

Hope to meet you out there.

Hello Sasquatch,
We picked up our new TH on the 9th of April in Iowa we have been on the road since picking it up and this is the 1st chance to get on wifi. and our 1st night to really be camping in it. stopped at walmart and camped a few nights but this is the first night in a campground to try out all the amenities.we are going to try and figure out how to post a pic on the forum.

Excellent!
Be safe.
My most recent lesson learned is to arrive before dark if you are new to setting up the trailer.
