New from Pennsylvania via Nebraska

Evening! Just got out 2014 Grey Wolf 26bh today. Felt a little different pulling it behind the truck than the pop up! Looking forward to our first trip next weekend to Western PA. Nothing like pulling some little mountains on the first trip with the travel trailer. Anyway, I look forward to learning and hopefully offering some advice to the forum.

We are actually staying at J&D up the road from Knoebels... a little quieter and easier to get in and out of... we really enjoy the area.

Welcome to the forums and congrats on the 2014 Grey Wolf 26bh! Sounds like you are off to a good start and you will get used the towing difference in no time with your experience.

I do a lot of camping at a local campground in my area - just 8 miles away. Some people used to laugh when they found out where I was heading but I look at it as being able to get away easy and enjoy the R&R quicker instead of driving.

Howdy neighbor! Take it out on a short shakedown trip this weekend. That's what I need to do too. You can quickly build a "to do" list just from that instead of wasting your vacation time doing it. I'm just sayin...

Meeting some friend from Michigan at Kalyumet Campground. Gonna try and hike a little Alleghany National Forest or Cook State Forest, of both.

I would love to take it out this weekend, but my wife is having surgery tomorrow, so we'll take it about 200 miles next weekend. We have almost everything we need since we had a pop up before.

Welcome to the forum, and safe travels to PA!

Keep an eye out for any pesky Nittany Lions on your way out there . As a fellow Husker fan, I know how treacherous trips into that enemy territory can be (never having been there myself, just speaking from football historian perspective!)!
