New from Rocket City

We have just entered retirement and travel will be our focus.
We purchased an Rpod in 2012 and have spent some weekends around our area.
We enjoy the smallness of the Rpod although the wife wants about 4 more feet. That may be in future plans.
Anyway, we have plans for a cross-country trip as soon as next week to see the USA. No hurries and no stressing.
Look forward to the chats and reads from all of you folks.

BTW: Rocket City is Huntsville, Alabama for those who did not know. We actually reside in Madison, Alabama.

See you on the trail, maybe.

Randy and Carlotta.

Randy, good to hear... I just left Madison and ROCKetCity yesterday, after replacing my 4 6v House batteries at Batteries Plus Bulbs... parked overnight at the Kroger/Ashley Home store parking lot, on 231 in Huntsville, where I took care of the change over to the new batteries before the sun got too
'hot' !

We've actually moving into the area, as my son is coming into UAH(Univ of AL at Huntsville) for Aerospace Engineering...

We need a place to 'park' the rig for several years - but, not too many rv parks or options in the Madison area : / (unless you know of some secrets!)

enjoy ... travel.... : )
