New from SC

Hello all! We just purchased a 2014 Rockwood 2080 and tried it out last weekend for the first time. We had a lot of fun and look forward to many more trips in the near future.

Thanks all! I've really enjoyed digging through this forum. I have learned and lot, especially about tires. Looking forward to more reading and more camping.

Hunting Island State Park. Edisto Beach State Park (beachside, bring your own drinking water, we are here right now for long weekend) James Island County Park (Charleston). Where in SC are you and what are your recommendations for your area? We are big Gamecock fans and go to all the home games. State Fair has a lot with full hookups, can check in Friday at 2 and don't have to leave until Sunday at 2. Great time!!! Have Fun!!

Hey thanks! We are in Anderson county. Only minutes from Clemson but i am a big Gamecock fan as well! Our favorite so far is Coneross on Hartwell Lake. We are at a small, private campground now called Solitude Pointe.. Its between Table Rock and Caesar's Head. We have Twin Lakes, Oconee Point, Springfield that are favorites, also on Hartwell Lake. I think we are going to try fall camping at Keowee State Park. Be careful about booking sites on the water because few may have rip rap along the bank that's kills water access.
