New from South Carolina

We are not new to camping but new to Forest River products. We just bought a used 2011 831Qbss flagstaff classic super lite. This is our 5th camper. We have had a couple Fleetwood Pioneer and Sunnybrook models. The Flagstaff seems to be a nice camper so far. After I get the bugs worked out we should enjoy it. I am having problems right now with the concertone zx700 not working properly. I just finished changing all of the broken dry rotted roof vents but hopefully nothing else will come up for another couple of years.

I'm over in Fountain Inn. Welcome again! We are trying to hit all the SC/GA state parks. So far we like all of them. Favorite is Edisto Beach, we go every year but we like the smaller local parks just as much.

Cool you don't work at Bosch Rexroth do you? We have tried a couple state parks. We have tried Calhoun falls, myrtle beach and hunting island. Calhoun falls so fae has been the nicest and its only 30 min. awY

Dont work at Bosch, I work from home (telecommute).

We love Calhoun Falls. We also like Devils Fork quite a bit, the lake is beautiful. We avoid Myrtle but have been to Hunting Island. We really liked the park, the mosquitoes were insane as were some of the actual sites. Very tight back there! Might go back off season to see if the bugs are better.

Using a suburban pulling a 34' camper makes it tough to get in many state parks. They love their trees.
