New from the Pacific Northwest

Hello !!! Just stopped in to say howdy and introduce myself to the group. My name is Ron, and the wife and I just purchased our first 5er over the weekend; a Columbus 295RL.
We are within 6 years of retirement and looking forward to spending an increasing amount of time traveling this great country of ours. We've camped a bit over the years with various rigs, including an Apache solid state tent trailer, an old Prowler 20J and our latest, a Fleetwood Avalon tent trailer. I just got tired of having to put it up and down three times per camping adventure and wanted something a little nicer as we get older. Well, we are getting it with the Columbus it seems to me.
We are members of Thousand Trail/NACO so if any of you are too, drop me a line and we'll see if we can meet up out there on the road. We mostly travel in Washington and Oregon for now but plan on seeing Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon and other parts of the USA.
Well, that's enough of an intro for now. I hope to learn lots on this forum from all you seasoned travelers out there. Travel safe!!!

Welcome from a native Washingtonian, but living in the Peoples Republik of Maryland.
Lots of knowledgeable people here - and some great stories to boot!
