Smile New Georgetown 378TS

I am new here and new to Forest River and motorhome's.
We are not new to RVing we went from Tent, popup, TT when the kids were young. Then when I got to tied down with business we had a cottage. When we sold the business we bought a 5th wheel to snowbird in. Then a larger 5 th (a Golden Falcon 35RLTS That is where Falcon 35 came from) A few years back we sold the cottage so we could use the RV more. We have RVed from coast to coast in both USA and Canada, south as far as Puerto Vallarta MX and north to Alaska. We spend most winters in the RGV. We are looking forward to new experiences with the Georgetown.

Welcome! Sounds like you have lots of RV experience! I'm interested why a MH rather than a 5th wheel. Each of course have advantages, and our choice of a Georgetown was so children could use the bathroom and we could feed them while on the move. The downside for us is no separate vehicle.

I was getting sick of having a long box crew cab dually pickup as our 2nd vehicle when home. DW often uses our car and then I was always stuck using the pickup. The pickup was old (a 2007 but still going strong). But it seems there are so many problems with the new diesel trucks and almost C$80,000. We also bought a Honda Fit to use as a toad and as our second car when we are home.
