New here from Michigan

I have become seasonal in Brooklyn, Mi.
We have 2005 America Sport, original owners. We did our share of traveling the first 8 years. Our plan was to retire and use the 5th wheel to see our kids in different states. As we all know, plans change and when our steel mill went bankrupt, we put her in storage and waited out the new owners of our mill. I was able to retire but hubby wasn't. So 3 years ago we went seasonal. I just want to learn more about out forest river as it ages. I spend a lot of time here. .and I love it. Glad I found this forum! Kim Aka strut526

Welcome to the forum. Good PM practices will help your camper survive. Keeping it covered in the winter or when not in use also is a big factor. One of the most common things to happen over time is water leakage. Worst enemy. Keep areas calked that require calking and maintain a good roof seal. Later RJD

Thanks for the warm welcome! Husband washes and waxes it every year. also does the roof. (rolls on the sealer) We cover it every winter also.
