Talking New in Savannah

New to Forest River and "modern camping. Have not had other than a tent since 1990. Previous was a 27' trailer and before that an Apache Hard Side pop-up.

We just picked up a new Forest River Flagstaff 21FBRS. We are both retired and have decided to get back in to camping again.

Welcome from NE FLA. You'll like your 21FBRS. We had one & really enjoyed it. Just got a very good deal on a larger unit is the only reason we traded. Congrats & enjoy!!

Well, we just finished 4 days and 3 nights in our 21FBRS and I would call it a rousing success! We traveled local to Fort McAllister State Park in Richmond Hill GA. Everything worked, and worked well.. We cooked one meal inside and the rest outside.

We found a few items we need to add to our "kit" for convenience or storage organization down the road. I do need extended mirrors on my Ridgeline, that much is for sure. That will be my first priority. We will hopefully be back out again in a few weeks.

They can handle 40 feet, the guy across the road was a 38' and the one behind me also pretty near same size. (Not ALL are that large) Sites are almost all pull through, loops that parallel the road. They have a boat ramp and renty canoes and kayaks.

In the 2nd attachment, you can see the trailer behind me... not all have this much separation but we picked one that did..
