New kid on the block (SoCal)

Hi All,

We just bought our first RV (Rockwood 8289WS). We've been tent camping for 30 years and my DW assures me there's no going back. We are in SoCal and just planning some 4 day weekends until July when we can get off work for 9 days.

Look forward to speaking out.

Best,

Craig & Cheryl Bean

Welcome to the forums from another SoCal member! We sure had some crazy weather yesterday. Do you have any favorite campgrounds yet?

Terier,

Leo Carillo and Emma Wood - both state beaches. These two are close by. Also like Flying Flags in Beullton, CA.

Later this year looking to go to Half Moon Bay, Moab, and somewhere else ?? ...maybe Sedona/Payson, AZ area.

Best,
Craig & Cheryl

Welcome! Check out Lake Casitas and Lake Cachuma. Spent lots of time camping there over the years. But if you guys been camping for 30 years, you know all the good places to go. Hope you got the second AC with yours!
