Only way I could think is to somehow make the rain spouting take the water to that location and would be hard to do so. Get a rain spout extension that helps to keep the water from flowing down the side and staining it.

Go on the roof and check the path that it's following. I'd probably be apt to run a line of caulk to force the water to go to the side.
