Not new to the the RVing world, but not overly experienced either. Started out with an 82 Chieftain about 6 yrs ago to learn the basics. We pUt a lot of time and money in it to make it road worthy. Was a very nice MH when we upgraded to an 08 FW 21' Class C in 2011. Liked it a lot. Was easy on the the gas and was great on long drives. It had 7200 miles when we bought it and it had almost 20000 on it when we traded last month.
Our new MH is 2012 Sunseeker 2860DS. We just got back from northern Ohio spending TG w/daughter and family. Very cold this weekend and I hadn't winterized yet. Winterized it today and found out that the unit has heat in the plumbing areas when the furnace is running. Turns out I was worried for not. This unit is so much more equipped than the 08.
Anyway, putting it away until April or so and then the lady of the rolling castle will prepare for yearly adventures.
Hope to learn more new things from the forums and touch base with new friends.
