New Member From Helena, Alabama - Update

In my first post I said my DW and I upgraded from a tired 1995 class c to a 2016 Heritage Glen 272RLIS. We love the layout of this trailer but on our first trip out we noticed it has a few issues....the satellite connection to the living area did not work (no problem, I ran the cable through a window), the Linc Pad tablet would not control anything it is supposed to (once again, no problem the control switches worked), the awning would not completely retract, the lights in the kitchen and the refrigerator quit a problem. We took it back to where we bought it - CW in Calera. They have it for over three weeks and have given no indication when it will be ready. Is this length of time for warranty work normal and did we make a mistake buying from CW?

Not normal. I'd keep bugging them or get a hold of some top management to see what is going on. Later RJD
