New member from Nebraska

Hey guys, figure it would be a good time to register. My wife and I purchased our first trailer (XLR Boost 27QB) and have been lurking in here to get info. Still very new to just about everything that has to do with it. Couldn't figure out how to even turn on the pumps for a while. Any good tid bits of info for the new guys at the campground?

Will be winterizing it over the weekend and found myself here again looking for the info how to do it. Picked up a few gallons of RV Antifreeze and want to do it myself.

We are Bellevue as well! Our’s will be mostly kept at one spot out in Columbus where we ride at but will still have plenty of adventures outside of there. We are planning on making a MOAB trip next year.

You shouldn't need a few gallons unless you accidentally pump antifreeze into the hot water or fresh water tank.
Check out Youtube or the forestriver site for tips on winterizing. They make a handpump for winterizing that makes it pretty easy. Usually rv stores or WalMart has them. Looks like this https://www.amazon.com/Camco-Antifre.../dp/B0006IX7YW

Welcome from Texas!

That's pretty neat when you are chatting on the forum with a few local I don't know if you brought your rig back to Bellevue for the winter if so and you would like a little help private message me and we could possibly pick out a time and I could help you . If you would like. We went from a TT to a fifth wheel

Welcome from Texas!
It was a deal if I got the case and was only $13 so I just grabbed some so I have it for next year.

We did pump in to the hot water heater because mostly what we used is the indoor and outdoor shower as well as the sink. I think I will have to drain the hot water heater with it as well. My buddy is supposed to give me a hand with it, if he bails, I will shoot you a PM.

Thank you everyone!

Welcome from another Bellevuite. Like the snow Sunday ? We have a Cherokee 304BS we got from AC's but now with our cabin, we may only keep her for another year or so.
