New member from New Jersey

Hi, Im from South Jersey and have a 2010 Freedom Express 230BH.

I'm new to the board but not RV's. My parents bought their first Fleetwood Pop-up in 95, then a Starcraft hybrid in 2005, and my current Freedom Express in 2010. Which I used more then them to be honest. This past spring they purchased a 28' Dutchman, and I bought the Coachman from them instead of them trading it in.

Since I took ownership, I've tinted the windows, upgraded the stereo and TV, led lighting and few other things. Basically spent most of the extra money to restock with everything they took out and put in their new one.

Now I'm just accumilating parts and ideas till spring arrives and I use it again.

Welcome to the forums from SoCal! You can find lots of good ideas in the various mods threads on the forums. I got to warn you to be prepare to spend a good amount of reading because it's hard to stop once you get started. The sewer hose holder made with a fence post is just one great idea that is used by many.

Thanks and dont worry, ive done a ton of research and experience over the years. Rear bumper and hitch receiver for generator carrier are currently underway. Power inverter or the xantrex inverter/charger is next. Go power solar after that (I dry camp at racetracks a lot).
