Welcome from Texas, and congrats on your Apex! We love ours, do a lot of "storage spot camping", (waiting on better weather) and consider the design and finish of the Apex line to be exceptional. I think you've made a good choice!

Welcome from Ontario! I'm hoping the snow will be gone in March but it doesn't look likely.

I'm just hoping it sill be gone by mid April. Have a picture from 17 April a couple years ago, and we had about 4" the night before.

The last couple of winters have been wicked to be sure or maybe I’m just getting old. May is the earliest I camp but I might tempt fate and try April this year because bare ground will be a welcome sight.

Happy Vibe, do you travel east via Trans Canada?

The last time we went out we did, 401 to Montreal to 20 (trans Canada). There is a new bridge for HWY 30 that lets you bypass Montreal so I will be taking that this year.

Yes! We have done Route 20 (bridge), Route 40 (tunnel), and 30 both ways. The only way to go. No stop lights, but there is a minor toll. Think it was only $4.25, with dual axle trailer, so definitely worth it. If you make it to NS, think you would love King Neptune Camp Ground. Just 3 km from Peggy's Cove. Every site has view of the ocean, and owners very friendly.

Our plans this year are to stay at Forillon National Park QC and then go to Kouchibouguac National Park NB. We did the Cabot trail and bay of Fundy last time.

Welcome from Barrie, Ontario and congratulations on your new purchase. Right now the snow is melting a bit and a trickle of water running down the sandy and salty roadway. Have no fear though mother nature is not done with us yet, global warming.....puhhhhh.....there is a least one more good one to come. Our last trip to NS we were in the Truro area and stayed at a CG called The Hilltop. Nice place, open for the kids and close to the Guysbourough market for fresh fruit and vegs and surprise surprise a fish market the other side of the parking lot. Right on the mouth of the Bay of Fundy.

Actually bought the new one from Layzee Acres, Orillia. Current Kodiak hybrid in storage at Leisure Days, Kitchener. Hoping to pick it up before mid April, to clean it out, transport to Orillia, and pick up the new one.
