New member from San Antonio, TX
Howdy everyone. My wife and I just picked up an "almost new" 2011 Surveyor (SV264). Camped in it last weekend and had a blast. We bought it knowing the frig didn't work, so working on that now. Of course the anode in the WH was, well, just a wire, so getting that flushed and fixed back up. One general question I had for you folks was parts: I can't find a parts catalog online. Any advice on that?

Hi camperbt. I lived in SA for 11 years before moving here (just north of Houston). Still have 2 kids and grandkids there. A great place for parts online is PPL Motorhomes (don't let the name fool you).

They are actually here in Houston (southwest side), and have always been good.

Just get the name of the appliance and Hot water heater and serial no an go shopping on line or local camping dealer that may have a parts department. Later RJD

Not sure about a "parts catalog" per say,but try to establish a good relationship with your FR parts department that supports your Surveyor. That's what I did and it worked well.

Look in the Library in the row of menus across the upper part of the web page. You'll see different categories to look for many different help files. Under the Miscellaneous sections is a Forest River Contacts link. It's last updated in 2014, so I don't know if it's current. But lots of goodies up there.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes. Everything is now in order. Got the frig repaired and working, roof checked and passed inspection, new tires, bearings greased, license plates, etc. Here we go!
I'm going to move over to the Surveyor forum now. Thanks again!
