New member from South Louisiana

I am new to this site and I am looking forward to getting opinions and ideas on my camper (Chaparral Lite 269BHS) and campground recommendations.

I am located in Homer. Lake Claiborne State Park is nice. Caney Lake State Park Near Jonesboro is nice. Caney lakes near Minden is nice if you don't like crowded areas it is a government run campground. Hope this helps if you ever up this way camping.

Welcome! You can expect good ideas and plenty of opinions from this site. It has proven very valuable for me.
Not sure where you are in S. Louisiana, but we love going to Percy Quin State Park near McComb MS. We are in Prairieville and we can leave here and be camping in 2 hours. One thing though, right now the lake at Percy Quin is drained. There was damage to the dam from hurricane Isaac and it is under repair. Still a very nice park.
