My family just bought a 2015 233SS Roo about two months ago. This is our first TT and I have to say that I'm loving it! I had lots of questions and went online to search for answers and found this forum. What a fantastic place!

Congrats and glad you like the Roo!

My sister and family live in Summerville, South Carolina...I love visiting them and touring Charleston...so much history!

Hello and welcome. Lots of friendly folks to answer your questions. Take some time and check out the forum library as well. Also if you haven't looked into it, forest river offers a second year warranty for $150 for many of their brands. Check out the list located Here.

Welcome from Tega Cay, SC! That's a great floorplan. We picked up a 2015 23IKSS this summer and have had a blast with it. Camped last weekend lakeside on Lake Murray. Enjoy and be sure to visit the Hybrid forum. Lots of great info there to help with your new HTT.

We were torn between the 233SS and the 23IKSS but thought the island might get in the way. We have two kids of our own and often have another family staying with us so there's usually about 5 kids and 4 adults in ours at all times. But I do love all of the counterspace that the IKS offers...that's the one thing that I would change about ours. We've been wanting to go to Lake Murray, what campground did you stay at?

You made a good choice if you are sleeping that many people. Both are good floorplans - one has more beds, and the other has more counter space.

We camped at Dreher Island State Park on the north side of Lake Murray. We had Site #57 which was really nice - actually most of the sites in that area were really nice. We already booked another trip there in the spring.
