New member(Rver) from Ottawa,Canada

I have been a Rver since I rented truck campers for two trips to the Yukon and Alaska..that got me hooked!!
Shortly afterwards I bought a 1997 Leisure Travel Class B in 2003 which I've kept until the present. But now I'm looking to upgrade to something a bit bigger but preferably a Class B or C WITHOUT the diesel engine. But I haven't ruled out a truck/camper combo...
Two weeks ago, I went to a RV liquidation event in Ottawa to look over RVs and came across the new Forester 2391 TS..I was quite impressed with the unit overall..it had the layout, gas engine powerplant, etc I wanted but being it's a quite new design I'm prepared to hold off until I see quite comprehensive reviews on its quality of finish, reliability etc...
Btw I've Googled the Internet and haven't come across any worthwhile reviews other than Youtube videos which were "slapdash" with many details lacking as well as some errors..If anyone comes across worthwhile reviews of the 2391 TS I'd appreciate getting a link to it!
Thus my reason for joining this group!

Welcome to the forum from another Ottawa camper!

I wouldn't know if there's another owner of the same model here on the forum - Forest River makes a lot of different products - but I do suggest that you expand your search to the rest of the internet. I googled Forester 2391 TS review and it looks as if there might be some food for thought.

Hi! I am also from Ottawa and just bought at 2391 TS, which I'm picking up on June 5th (2017). The model seems very new and I was unable to find any reviews of substance. One real plus for me is that there are no slide-outs. I too was taken by the floor plan, checked out all the potential show-stoppers and finally took the plunge. I'll look for more discussion and others who have also bought this or a similar unit.
