New member that boated for 26 years and recently purchased our first RV

A few years ago we thought about getting an RV to travel across country. We had a 38' boat that we enjoyed but wouldn't fit in our plans.

We recently sold our boat and bought our 5th wheel. Originally I was going to buy a TT but after more research and friends with 5th wheels I changed my mind. I'm glad I did. Very easy to hookup and unhook.

What I like most after having a boat with twin Crusader 454 engines, 7kw generator is that our RV does not have any engines to maintain. Also I will only have to winterize the water system. And not 3 engines and two air conditioners plus squeezing into area to reach everything.

Not to mention my tow vehicles uses less fuel and cost is less than $4.00 a gallon
