My husband and I have our first Sandpiper and are very disappointed with the upholstery. It is the fake brown leather and is literraly peeling in sheets. We owned 2 previous trailers, Layton and Prowler, and never had issues like this. We only use our trailer for 4 - 5 trips a year, and cannot beleive what is happening to our upholstery. We bought in 2012. Our trailers have always looked like the day we bought them when training up and never experienced anyting like this. Have others had issues with their upholstery. New To Forest River, Sandpiper and very disappointed!.

did you buy new?

i would suggest browsing thru the Sandpiper sub-forum for threads relating to this issue.
or use the Search feature there.

yes, we purchased brand new. I did see a few more post where others had experienced issues with the upholstery. I did send an email to customer service over the weekend, but afraid they are going to say, sorry, ot of warrantly. This is defective materials that were used.
