new members Paul/Debbie

My wife and I just joined the RVing community and are having a great time. Kids out of the house and now it's playtime. I am looking forward to going to some FROG events and meeting many of you guys. Right now we are just making weekend trips not too far from home. Plan on expanding our range once we get comfortable towing and setting up the RV. We will be looking for camping opportunities in neighboring states (Ga, Ala. NC and SC) and will be coming to the forum for suggestions and recommendations.
Again, we are looking forward to seeing many of you on the road.

Welcome aboard! Weekend trips are fun, we camp 6 miles down the road quite often. Being close to home has alot of benefits. Especially for rookies (I say that kindly). We forgot so many things even when we thought we were really prepared.

Welcome to the forums from SoCal! I recommend checking your calendar for the big rally during summer. You can keep track of FROG events here on FRF which includes big events to smaller campouts. If you know of a good place to host an event consider getting the ball rolling.

Welcome from NE Fla. Have camped at Manatee Hammock C/G several times there in your area. Lots of good places to camp here in Florida; all year round.

Welcome to the best RV forum on the web and also welcome to the wonderful RV lifestyle!

We are pretty nosy here so always like to ask what RV people have (Class-A, B, C or a 5th wheeler or a travel trailer or a pop-up, etc.) If you tow it, what vehicle do you pull it with?

Many of us northern people are in hibernation until Spring so always glad to see people in warmer climates continuing to camp!
