New MI TT owner

Wife and I purchased a 2016 Grey Wolf 23 DBH 3 weeks ago after we've tent camped our whole lives. Third weekend out we went to Wilderness State Park near Mackinaw City. Breathtaking. Although our furnace would not work, we still had a great time. First pic is from our site. Second pic is of part of Lake Michigan. Third and fourth pics are of our site. Long drive for a weekend getaway, so worth it.

Welcome to the forums! Great pictures too! I love campsites with green areas - wish it was more common here in SoCal.

Thank you for the Beautiful Pics.. and I only tented it a few times and it was enough for me.. I'm new to "rv'ing" as well, and I love it, I am planning my next trip before my current one is done... now If I can just figure out how to make work and RV'ing coexist better, lol

Safe travels, and congrats on the beautiful TT.

Welcome to the FR Forums, great looking pictures there. I am curious, I noticed there are no windows on any of your doors?

Welcome to the forum, Marc, from a fellow Michigander. So much to see here in Michigan, and too little time. Wilderness SP is on our list of parks we need to visit, but we have not made it there yet. Looks great. Enjoy your new TT!

Vern, I've been wanting to visit Wilderness State Park for 25 years. Finally made it.

That's great, Marc. We have some friends who say it is their favorite park, so we've been meaning to, but keep getting distracted by all the great parks we have to pass to get there! A friend here on FRF from Missouri made it there this summer, too, and had nothing but good things to report. Maybe next year!
