New Owner Flagstaff 831

My wife and I have been wanting a Travel Trailer for several years. A couple of years ago we actually went and looked so we could start our search; we usually take a long time to purchase something. Once we discovered what we wanted we realized our Ford Ranger would not pull it so we had to work on buying another truck. It took us 1 1/2 years to finally buy the Ford 150 V6 Eco-boost; it would pretty much pull anything we had picked out. 6 months later we were at the lot purchasing our new Flagstaff.

We took our first camping trip this past weekend and have another one set in 2 weeks. We definitely learned do's and don't's the first time out and am sure there will be many more lessons.

Of course the first weekend it rained pretty much the entire time and my wife was sick. We took our dogs and plan on taking them when we go; they did very well but they are used to going on vacation with us.

Now I just have to figure out what to do about it what it is doing to our yard when I pull it to the road. Wife is not too fond of me putting down gravel, she wants concrete of course.

Decisions, decisions.

Welcome to the forum...

We almost bought the Rockwood sister to your camper (if it is the FKSS). I liked it the best. She liked the Winjammer the best. Guess what we got... Tell her that gravel is the base for future concrete...
