New pop up in Tennessee

Hi everyone, I'm Matt I live in Tennessee. Just purchased a new Flagstaff 228D pop up. New to pop ups but not campers. Coming from a 32' Trail Lite Travel Trailer. I wanted something a little easier to maneuver, simple to operate and able to get a bit more remote with. Can't wait to dig in to wealth of information here. Thanks!

Very nice looking rig for what you say you are hoping to do... In some ways I think we all started there and then just got older (softer)...

Happy Travels,

My wife and I were laughing about that yesterday. I'm 33, I will not disclose her age, but I started with a larger travel trailer and seem to be moving to a smaller size instead of the other way!

Welcome from Wisconsin and congrats on your new Flagstaff 228D. Great looking combo! I like the front grill on your Rubicon.

Welcome and good luck! We just sold our pup to go a little bigger with a 23IKSS HTT. I don't think I could ever go back to a pup. Your TV and pup look great together!

This will be a change coming from a 32' travel trailer with a slide!

Looks great. Always nice to have a new pop up owner here on the forums.

Welcome.

Welcome from Ontario. Congratulations on your new purchase. Your TT and TV make a great looking combination, Forest River should put you in a brochure!
