New rpod

Hi I just bought a new Rpod 180 and am already having issues with it. Went to play club it up and the heater didn’t work. Had to leave it for a few days. Finally got it to a nearby storage lot and the batteries are dead and the solar control panel is blinking two red lights. Called service and that guy didn’t know what it was. Said he would consult someone else and call me back this morning. I HOPE! I really don’t want to take it back down there. Who knows how long it would take, and I need it! I’m leaving in 3 weeks. Anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it?

Welcome from South Jersey and to the Forum. Try taking the batterys out and charging them fully and replacing them back in and see what happens. Take a picture of how the batterys are connected or mark each wire. There are draws on the batterys even when everything is turned off.
