New RVer's in Texas

After much prodding by my brother-in-law, and my upcoming retirement at the end of the year, we recently purchased a 2015 Rockwood Mini Lite 2502S. So far we've only had one excursion, to Eisenhower State Park, near Denison, and are hooked into this crazy, exciting world of RVing.

Would love to hear from other RVer's in Texas and recommendations as to some of the best state parks to visit in Texas and possibly contingent states.
