New Salem owner in MD

hello all. New Salem owner here in MD with question. My 27rkss came with the showstopper package, which includes power stabilizers. is there supposed to be a manual crank nut on the opposite side from the switch to raise/lower the stabilizers manually in the event of a power outage? Mine does not have one, trying to determine if they are missing or not supposed to be there.

many thanks.

Thanks ! we lived in Columbia for 10 years before moving to Mt. Airy, liked it down there and still have friends there, I just needed more land than I could get there.
