New slightly aged Camper

New to the forum but been around a while, age wise. I have a 2011 26ft Heritage Glen that I pull with a 2003 F-150 with a 5.4 FI V8. The trailer puts the pickup at about 75% of its rated towing capacity. This is our first shot at camping and so far we are really enjoying it. We have met a lot of nice people and try to get out for one week each month somewhere in FL. Looking forward to sucking up a lot of information from the people who have a lot more experience RVing than do.

My daughter-in-law is from Sheboygan, and we have relatives in Menomonie. I understand that you DO have summer in Wisconsin -- I think I read that this year it is scheduled for July 20th and 21st.
