From the post we can't tell if you are new or just getting this product.
If you are a newbie, Welcome to the RV Life.
As with any purchase do your proper due diligence.
Check all things to make sure they work.
Check the roof for any damage.
Thoroughly inspect for any delamination.
Leave unplugged and check all 12v functions.
Inquire about when batteries were replaced.
Plug the unit into shore power and run systems checks for 110v functions
Get records on service if available especially wheel bearing maintenance.
Make sure you have a lug wrench that fits microlite wheel as well as a torque wrench for checking lugs
For the tow vehicle:
Insure your tow vehicle is properly serviced and ready to tow. Even though these units are not extremely heavy they will stress your vehicle
Make sure you have a Weight Distribution Hitch that is properly set up. Also make sure you have proper freshwater and waste hoses as well as wheel chocks and leveling blocks.

Thnks for all your replies. We have tent camped for years and owned a class C almost 20 yrs ago. We're looking forward to traveling and enjoying our retirement with our new 2104s.
