New to 5th wheel from N. Illinois

My wife and I have been hauling a 35' gooseneck w/2 or 3 horses in back for 15 years. Now our horses travel in an XLR. We are still moving into the new camper and the learning curve seems steep. (Our '94 Lazy N didn't have remote controls for EVERYTHING!) Seems to me that the horse trailer was like dragging a sled compared to the three axle easy rolling toy hauler. We're looking forward to years and years and miles and miles of new travels. Anybody else haul horses in their toy haulers?
