New to Forest River

Have been RV'ing for years, just upgraded from a 5th wheel to a new (2011) Georgetown 378TS with all the bells and whistles in full body paint. Darned, spending the kidís inheritance feels good.

We are on our maiden voyage right now, have been out 8 days, so far so good. Plan on taking a little longer cruise next time out. We are in MA, plan on a trip to Florida, then Texas, on to Las Vegas then north to Montana, then back, about 8 to 9,000 miles. We want to make darned sure everything is in proper working order before this trip.

Question, if you have comments to pass on to FR on some possible upgrades to the product whom do you contact, or do they monitor this site? There are a few things we have found that could really been improved with little on no cash outlay but the buyer would sure appreciate it.
