New to Forest River Product

Hi all,
Been lurking for a month or so, but it's time to surface. So far, used my 2012 Greywolf for a 1 week trip, and everything worked as advertised with no problems. However, have only 400 miles on it so far. Preparing for a several thousand mile jaunt, leaving next week.
I've learned a whole lot through this forum already and am impressed by the many knowledgeable and friendly people who participate.
I also was very impressed with the dealer where I purchased the unit. They know there stuff and have an excellent staff. Niagara Trailer Sales in St. Davids, Ontario. It was worth the 80 mi. drive each way to deal with them, although there are several dealers closer to me. Didn't like their practices.
Anyway, I look forward to some good times with our new unit, and will certainly avail myself of all your collective wisdom and experience.

Hello and to the forums. Glad you came out of lurking mode. Glad your experience has been good so far, and hope it continues. Learn what you can, great folks, and teach when you can also. Hope you a nice long trip, with a tailwind all the way.

Welcome to the "Grey Wolf" bunch and congrats on the new unit. So far we are happy with ours. Had a couple of small issues that I handled on my own instead of returning to dealer. Check out vent hose in the search if you get water running out from under your trailer when you fill the fresh tank. Many are coming from the factory without the vent hose. Not a big deal to rectify if you're fairly handy. We're looking forward to our next outing. Safe travels.

Welcome from Stratford On. Did you mean Several thousand km. or miles. That is quit a good trip if it was miles. Way to get right in there. Enjoy your trip and have fun. Be sure to take your laptop, if you have one, as many places there is free wi-fi available. Good luck and let us know how you make out. Old Guys

Thanks to all for the welcome! Appreciate it.
Note to Bttravel: I've already noted and dealt with the omission of the freshwater tank vent hose. Guess us Greywolf owners all have that in common. Go Figure.
