New to Forum

Hello,

First of all thanks to all of you who participate and provide such good info on this site. I am probably ahead of myself here as I do not yet own a FR TT, but I have pretty much decided that is the manufacturer I will be buying from in early 2017 bc of availability in my area and so many brands/floor plans to choose from and pricing. I have been stalking the forums for a couple weeks and this site has already proven so valuable to my research (which is probably excessive).

I am leaning toward a Cherokee 274dbh or 26 dbh, but am still trying to compare these units to Salem and Wildwood lines as well. I am starting to think they are really the same with different color schemes and graphics.

My only concern at this point if my TV. I will essentially be maxing it out with either of these trailers. However, I don't plan to travel far w my TT, don't plan to get into mountainous terrain and I have a lot of experience towing and I certainly don't mind slowing down to be safe.

Anyways, thanks for the great info. I look forward to posting pics of my new TT on the site!

Welcome to the forum. You did not mention what your tv is so it hard to say if it is capable of handling the tt you are considering. Later RJD

2000 F150 XLT 4x4 Supercab w the 2 valve 5.4 V8. Upgraded payload package so I'm fine on payload. But the original owner special ordered with a 3.55 rear end instead of the standard 3.73 that normally came with the v8 in that truck. Based on what I've read my towing capacity is 7,300. Would be 8,400 with the 3.73 which I may have installed if the truck feels weak after a couple short trips.
