New To Forum
We just started using the Forest River Forum today and have already had questions answered that I have wondered about. We bought our 2008 Surveyor 303 over the internet through RV Trader two years ago. We drove from Sebastian Florida to Islip Long Island to pick up the TT and was lucky enough to have a friend that lives in West Islip inspect it for us before we made the buy. Susie and I retired now for three years and mainly travel from May through September. Next year may be an exception as we are going to my ships reunion in San Diego. I am modifying the Surveyor this year before we leave May 25th by removing a queen size couch bed and a bunk from the rear 6ft. slide and installing a washer dryer and wardrobe cabinet that suits our needs better and adding a satellite dish. The Ram is also getting rear air springs, although the ride and sway is good.
We are heading north to the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate, NY and Western, NY, Fredonia =-Buffalo, before heading to Wisconsin, Minnesota and back to Sampson SP NY on Seneca Lake above Watkins Glen. Back to Florida in September.
That's probably more than you need to know and I am chompin on the bit to get going.
