New to RV'ing from St. Augustine, Florida

Just purchased a 2017 forest river rv rockwood signature ultra lite 8324bs for a seasonal camp in Blowing Rock, NC. It has an outdoor kitchen but the kitchen awning will not be high enough once the RV has a deck, anyone know how to allow the attached awing to lift higher?

Welcome from Wisconsin and congrats on your new Rockwood. Have you considered the possibly of making your deck two tier? Maybe 1 or 2 steps down on the back where your outside kitchen is.

Yes, good idea but the deck is already in place so I would have to tear it apart.
